Chris_Brown – Take You Down
American recording artist Chris Brown wrote the song “Take You Down” for his second studio album, Exclusive (2007). Brown, Harvey Mason, Jr., Damon Thomas, Steve Russell, James Fauntleroy, and Lamar Edwards all contributed to the song’s composition, and Edwards and The Underdogs oversaw its production. The song was made available in the US on April 6, 2008, as the fourth single from the album. The slow R&B song “Take You Down” has lyrics that focus on sexual activity. Brown was nominated for a Grammy in the category of Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for the song.
