Family, friends demand justice for woman kidnapped and killed in Abuja
Family and friends have called on relevant authorities to fish out those who kidnapped and killed a Nigerian woman identified as Asabe Iliya.
It was gathered that Asabe was abducted by unknown persons last week at Ushafa in Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Her body was found dumped at a location three days ago.
Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report but some acquaintances claimed she was kidnapped by the family of her boyfriend because they don’t want their son to marry her.
Another friend claimed that one of her friends has been arrested in connection with the murder.
The deceased hailed from Bogoro Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
“Justice for my late sister Asabe Iliya. Your cold blood will definitely hunt your killers. In God we trust” one Joshua Mamaki wrote in a Facebook post on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
