‘I love raping you’ – Woman reveals ‘disturbing text she was sent by Andrew Tate after he allegedly raped her’

Two British women accusing Andrew Tate of r@pe have detailed the harrowing abuse they claim they suffered at the hands of the misogynist influencer.

The two women told the BBC they were r@ped by Andrew Tate, 37, with one claiming she was strangled until she passed out before waking up to find him still having s3x with her.

A third woman has alleged she was r@ped by his brother Tristan Tate, 36, and that he held her by the throat as he did so.

The online influencers were arrested in Romania last month and accused of crimes against 35 women, including allegedly having s3x with a 15-year-old girl.

While under house arrest, the pair are facing allegations of human trafficking, including the trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, forming an organised criminal group, money laundering, and influencing statements.

The alleged crimes date between 2014 and 2024. The Tates deny all the charges against them.

In the UK multiple women have also come forward and accused both brothers of violent rapes.

A court is also set to rule on October 7 whether the brothers committed tax evasion in the UK after Devon and Cornwall Police brought a case claiming they had not paid any tax on £12 billion of earnings.

Speaking to the BBC, two women who are not involved in the Romania case gave detailed claims of rape and sexual violence.

One woman, named Anna, said she went on several dates with self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew Tate in Luton in 2013, before going back to his house.

She claimed they kissed before Tate told her: ‘I’m just debating whether I should rape you or not.’

She alleges he then grabbed her by the throat and ‘smashed’ her onto his bed and raped her, while strangling her ‘extremely hard’.

She added that Tate sent her a series of disturbing messages afterwards, telling her: ‘Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it.’

He is then said to have sent her a text message which read: ‘I love raping you.

‘And watching u let me while still debating if it’s a good idea or not. ‘I like the conflict you have. And you do have it. Don’t deny it.’

Anna reported the rape to police in 2014, with two other women also separately making similar allegations.

A file was finally sent to the CPS in 2019, but no charges were ever brought due to a lack of evidence.

Hertfordshire Police and the CPS have been contacted for comment.

A second woman, named as Sienna, said she met Andrew Tate in 2014, again in Luton.

She described having a few drinks and then going home with Tate for a ‘standard one-night stand’.

But several months later, she saw him again – and this time, she said he violently attacked her.

Sienna told the BBC they began having sex as they had previously, but Tate then suddenly began strangling her.

She described struggling to breathe and gasping for air as she struggled, before falling unconscious. When she came round, she claims Tate was still having sex with her.

She said: ‘I was absolutely terrified. I just remember gasping for air… It was rape.’

Sienna woke up the next morning with one of her eyes completely bloodshot from the strangulation – something the BBC verified with a friend of hers, who saw the injury and was told about the incident at the time.

She did not report the incident to the police, but now regrets not doing so.

Both Tate brothers have denied all the allegations against them.

A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: ‘In total Hertfordshire Constabulary has investigated allegations made by three women.

‘Initially, we carried out an arrest on 18 July 2015 in relation to an allegation of assault (against female 1).

‘While in custody the suspect was further arrested on the same day in relation to an allegation of rape and assault (against female 2). He was subsequently further arrested on December 17, 2015, on suspicion of rape (female 3).

‘This was a complex and challenging case that was fully investigated by specialist officers from the constabulary’s Sexual Offences Investigation Team (SOIT) who, during the course of the investigation, sought advice from the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

‘The case was closed in late 2019 after a case file had been sent to the CPS and the decision was made not to prosecute. All those involved in the investigation were further updated.

‘As is normal practice in cases of a complex nature, officers were in regular contact with CPS colleagues throughout the investigation to ensure that a full and complete case file was presented to them for consideration.

‘Hertfordshire Constabulary is fully committed to tackling violence against women and girls and has specialist officers who work to safeguard victims of these crimes.

‘If further information comes to light in relation to this case, it will be fully investigated.

‘Information can be reported online, using our online web chat, or by calling our non-emergency number 101. Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

‘Anyone affected by issues such as sexual violence or domestic abuse can access help and support through a number of support services in Hertfordshire. The support given is free and can be accessed independently of reporting to the police.
