Juice WRLD raps about his intense love for his lover, Ally Lotti, on “Blood On My Jeans,” as well as his customary subjects of drugs and weapons. He notably mentions how his foes’ blood splatters upon his clothes as he kills them up close.
On August 27, 2019, Juice first teased this song during an Instagram Live session.
Juice’s manager Lil Bibby reacted to a fan on Instagram on April 4, 2020, announcing that the song would be on Juice’s debut posthumous album.
Gunna hinted about his involvement in the song via an Instagram story on June 27, 2020, which served as a track teaser. Later that day, the song’s producer, Gezin, gave listeners a longer preview of the tune. However, Gunna is dropped from the song in the final version.
