Toosii – Another Love Song
In “Another Love Song,” Toosii describes how he’s been terribly led on in previous relationships while melodiously singing about his recent run of love-themed songs.
In particular, Toosii raps on the song about his relationship with Samaria Davis, his current girlfriend, stating that he’s there for her in spite of their differences. Through TikTok, Toosii verified that the song was aimed at her.
The song’s chorus is usually slow and catchy, with a calming sample providing backing. But, as Toosii starts singing the verses, the tempo picks up. The song’s structure is also reminiscent of Toosii’s breakthrough hit, “Favorite Song,” which also features a tempo change.
The song debuted on TikTok on October 25, 2022, and gained popularity there after the release of “Favorite Song.” As a result, NAUJOUR featured the song.
